Welcome to Vancouver’s Networking Website, www.vancouvernetworkingevents.com. I hope you enjoy these networking updates and events list. Here is a little info that might help. This site has two parts, a list of groups that meet at a regular time and place listed by opening this link Standard-6-Page-Events-List last updated 08/28/17. When you open the link, it opens a word document sorted by day that shows what groups are meeting, what size the group is, where they meet and who is the contact person. The list has a revision date at the bottom so you know if you have the most recent version. Second scroll down for a list of meeting times for current events. If you know of a networking event or group that meets and would like to get the word out, please let me know. If you are receiving multiple copies of this email or want to be added or removed from the list please email me at kris@synergycolumbia.com.

This Week’s Events:

Networking events typically slow down the week of a holiday.  Set a coffee appointment with someone and see how you can refer them this week. I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and are safe.  We all have a lot to be thankful for.

Tuesday Nov 21st 8:20-9:30 the Local Connections (The Camas/Washougal Group) will be meeting at the Washougal Library.  Please RSVP to Ken Cline at KenCline@riverviewbank.com to let Rachael know how many to expect. Bring lots of cards and connect with other business professionals.

Up Coming Events:

Friday December 1st 11 AM-1:00 PM The GVCC will have their annual Holiday Heroes Luncheon located at The Heathman Lodge 7801 Greenwood Drive, Vancouver WA 98662. Please join the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce for the Holiday Heroes Luncheon presented by Ilani Resort & Casino on Friday, December 1st at the Heathman Lodge. The focus of this event is bringing together the message of philanthropy with the spirit of the holiday season. We are thrilled to highlight another holiday hero and featured nonprofit, the Police Activities League! Please come prepared to purchase books from our on-site Scholastic Book Fair to donate to the PAL Literacy Program. Doors open at 11:00 a.m. and the festivities begin! Get your holiday photo squared away by visiting Santa’s photo booth, enjoy carols from Ambassador Yvonne Payne of Ebony Notes and Leroy Santiago of Global Security, and browse through dozens of beautiful gift baskets donated by our members. As a thanks to you for your love and support of the Chamber, we are gifting our 2017 Vancouver USA commemorative holiday ornament (sponsored by Comcast) to all attendees of this event. Get involved this holiday season! The Chamber’s holiday event is a great way to give back to the community, thank GVCC’s volunteer Ambassadors, and build your brand’s goodwill.
