Saturday, August 28 11 AM to 3 PM Want to learn how to prepare income taxes, and earn some extra money along the way? If so check out Liberty Tax’s barbeque on Saturday, August 28th between 11am and 4pm. It will be held at their store near Walmart on Mill Plain, just off I-205, where you will be able to sign up for their FREE Tax School! Tuesday Aug 31st 1st Annual Community Clothing swap at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore/Empower Up, 5000 E 4th Plain, Swap starts at 6:30! Arrive as early 5:30pm so our sorters can add your items to the tables. Drinks will be for purchase from our friends at Applewood. Don’t forget to bring your own reusable bags so you can take home your new treasures. Mirrors and fitting rooms will be available. We will not be serving food this time, so please plan ahead.
