Tuesday, August 17, noon to 1:30 Looking to Make a Difference? Community organizations are looking for you! The Nonprofit Network can bring you together with some of those nonprofits for an introductory conversation. The setting is fun & social. Structured like ‘speed dating’, you will meet several different organizations for one-to-one conversations. This is a chance to learn about a variety of work being done by community organizations, and gain insight into how to make a difference as a volunteer, perhaps on a nonprofit board or committee. You will leave with: Connections to the leadership of local nonprofit organizations, and Ways to match your interests with an organization(s). We are seeking participants from many avenues of the community. We look forward to seeing you there! Location: Tommy O’s Aloha Lounge, 801 Washington, Vancouver WA.
